The Sound of Stars is a "Holistic Human Science" Initiative that has been innovated, studied and developed over the last 8 years by Scientific Researcher Donald Adams. He has made critical breakthrough discoveries regarding the various internal body, mind, emotion and spiritual states that people experience throughout life.

Adams has been able to accurately map the "internal rhythmic tempo" associated with various internal human states. The "rhythmic tempo" of states can also be understood as our "psycho-somatic patterns". Adams has made a curious discovery by being able to capture our psycho-somatic patterns in actual physical geometric form. That is to say, he has been able to identify what the geometric configurations of various healthy body-mind- spirit states actually look like.

The various internal states of humans (as organic forms moving through the time space dimension) can be scientifically represented as hyper-dimensional geometries made up of complex numerical sequences. These numerical sequences can be further converted into associative acoustic frequencies. So, to summarize, our internal states /or psycho- somatic patterns can be captured as hyper dimensional numeric geometries which can be then converted into Sound or Acoustic Frequency.

This Site and the work of the Sound of Stars Co. has made the phenomenon of Acoustic Frequency Science into an accessible practical tool for human growth, development and ascension. Presented on this site, are the breakthrough discoveries of the geometric maps of desired internal states in the form of Sound or Acoustic Frequency, which when played back to the listener systematically over time, will create actual properties of the state in the listener. So like a wilted aging flower who hears the sound of itself in fully blossomed and peak form, likewise humans who hear the acoustic maps of health states, through entrainment begin to move back into healthy, vibrant and happy states, as nature intended. There are two methods of using the frequencies: through active and passive listening.

Active Listening - only play the frequency, no other music and on good quality speakers. Not headphones. The volume should be loud enough so you feel the vibration pass through you acoustically, this is where the "resonant entrainment" comes from. The rhythm of the frequency needs to settle in the body, so exposure should continuous for a minimum of 3 hours per play time at least for 3 days. Play 45 min to 2 hrs max and then resume the last hour after a one hour break.

You can begin this session in a quiet space, of meditation of at least 5 minutes, centering yourself with awareness, and then slowly introduce the frequency. During the first play, it is best to begin with a few sessions of active listening.

Passive Listening - means the frequency is being played at a low volume, so it is only just detectable. This is a subtle effect entrainment for the subconscious mind. You can also play the frequency with other music in the background for a combined sound affect, just keep the frequencies audible within the other music.

Other Guidelines - Drink Water before listening, If you get agitated while listening, or experience any uncomfortable bodily pains, stay with it only unless is becomes quite uncomfortable, then you can take a break.

Use only one frequency at a time or at most two or three of a similar nature consecutively. Too many types will cause the body to become agitated, because the inputs are too many. Stop playing the frequencies when your body feels "full" or saturated. If the user finds a frequency too unpleasant, he can take a break try again or try a different frequency.
